  The Department is multi-field unit of the Center. The working hours from 8:00 to 18:00. The average length of stay is about 2 hours (not more than 6 hours), which allows our patients to receive treatment without changing their habitual way of life. All room is double. The Department is equipped in accordance with modern requirements, it employs experienced, knowledgeable and responsible specialists. Patients receive medical care in comfortable conditions, in the shortest possible time, which allows them to concentrate fully on the process of recovery. Medicines are provided at the expense of the patient. Nutrition of patients is not carried out in the Department.

There is an operating room on the basis of the Department. Surgical, proctological, and angiosurgical operations are performed, including laser and radio wave surgery.

After the surgical operation, the patients are under the dynamic control of medical personnel in the rooms of postoperative follow-up.

  Currently, the Department provides the following types of medical care: 

  • Carrying out a complex of course treatment for patients, using modern medical technologies, including intravenous injections and drip infusions of medications.
  • Additional diagnostics and consultations by the specialists of the Center of patients being treated in the Department.
  • Consultation of patients by an anesthesiologist with determination of indications and volume of anesthesia before endoscopy.
  • Anesthesiologic support of complex invasive diagnostic methods and endoscopic manipulations (fibrogastroscopy, colonoscopy, endosonography, enteroscopy, cystoscopy, biopsy of internal organs, etc.).
  • Dynamic monitoring of patients after complex diagnostic methods, as well as therapeutic manipulations and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
  • Selection of adequate therapy for patients with a newly diagnosed disease or with chronic diseases with a change in their severity.
  • Healing in active conditions of patients discharged from the hospital at an earlier time.
  • General blood letting with exchange substitution with physiological solution in hematological patients with subsequent hemodynamic monitoring in the Department.
  • Transrectal multifocal biopsy of the prostate under ultrasound control followed by observation of patients in the Department.
  • Intravenous infusions of immunoglobulins to patients with primary immunodeficient disease.
  • Intravenous and intramuscular antibiotics therapy for patients with inflammatory diseases of the respiratory system, genitourinary system and others.
  • Provision of emergency medical care and emergency diagnosis to patients attending the Center.
